Hello:
I have received your notice to vacate the above named property. As you
know, you are in breach of your lease, as the term of the
agreement has not yet expired.
This is to inform you of your rights and responsibilities in a
situation where the lease agreement has been breached. As the tenants
and signee of the lease agreement you are responsible for
- Paying the rent until the termination date of the lease or until a new tenant occupies your unit
- You are responsible for any and all leasing costs incurred in the re-rental of your unit.
I/We assure you
that we will make every effort to rent this unit to a qualified tenant
as soon as possible. You may refer any friends or other interested
parties to this office for our consideration. I'm sorry that you have
to leave so soon, your tenancy was a good one and we wish you all the
best.
