Roommate Addendum

Hereby agree to make the following changes regarding the tenancy effective________.
1. The following Tenant(s) shall be removed from the lease upon the effective date of this addendum:

will be moving to the above address and agree to assume obligations of
the existing lease noted above. This addendum plus all other required
documents must be signed before occupancy. I understand that I must
complete a valid signed and dated application and all other necessary
documentation required by the owner/manager.
I further understand that:
- The application must be accurate, legible, complete, signed and dated.
- Application processing fee is non-refundable.
- Roommates agree to pay the monthly rent in one total check payable on the first of the month.
- I understand that all roommates whether on the lease or not are jointly
and severally responsible for the performance of the entire lease and
all its provisions
- The landlord will not be responsible for any damage caused by the
Tenants and will hold the new tenants responsible for damage cited at
the termination of the occupancy. Normal wear and tear excluded.
- No security deposit, refund or rent pro-ration will be performed by the
owner/manager. The Incoming roommate must understand that all money
transfers or refunds will be worked out between the tenants.
